Went to London to see this yesterday:

...and I have no words.......... We were up nearly where the contraption they use to lower from/hide people, and they flew HIGHER than us!!
I had literally my heart in my mouth for the entire time... I know the show and the act fairly well, and they have been doing it for five years, but There.Is.No.Net. They could have taken a fall from 60ft, people!

(Side note to Min - they would make excellent Twins, only they are not tall enough...*g*).

Ahem. :)

Walked for hours with my companion, had a most excellent pre-show dinner, and took a few pics.
Now, it's blooming FirstBench week, and do you think I could *possibly* find a photogenic bench?? Not a sausage.

But - I took pics of the Horse Guard Parade Grounds, where the Admiralty building is, and I felt compelled to salute on Erestor's behalf (my companion has known me for years, he knows I'm bonkers and he's not troubled by the fact).

Anyway... The Army building looked better (sorry!) because it had the lit London Eye behind it:

Then we ended up in Trafalgar Square (as you do), and I just HAD to:

No tripod, I left the camera on auto because I wasn't going to work out aperture and shutter speed in the face of the incoming traffic but I have started hating the Lumix because OHGODTHENOISEARGHARGHARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH...
