(Limoncello is a liqueur, consisting of lemon peel, sugar, water... and vodka [because I wasn't able to locate pure alcohol]. Now the waiting part begins... At least a month until I can take the lemon peel out of the jar, then at least another month for it to 'mature'. The general idea is that I'll have something lovely to offer people at Christmas. If it lasts that long...).
