Talk about blast from the past...
Two calls in two days, both from ex boyfriends... Maybe the Universe is trying to tell me something?
It was kind of funny and sad at the same time - there were reasons why both relationships floundered, and those reasons still stand (yes, I have changed since then - but not *that* much...).
The weird thing is that ex #2 put into words what I have been thinking for the last 24hrs, namely - is this where I *really* want to be now and forevermore?
(Easy for him to ask, he's safely back in Chicago).
Weird because we haven't talked for the last two years... and the answer is no.
And then I had to tell him that my Marbles is no longer with me - so I had the expected 'Oh NO!! What happened?'.
As a result I am having a very miserable day indeed, because I do miss her lots.
Done tons of chores to keep me occupied, about to reward myself with a big dose of Elvses......:-)
